Online Appointment for Driving Schools and Instructors Under the GAOR of LTO NCR – East

REMINDERS

ALL CLIENTS MUST SECURE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE GOING TO THE OFFICE. NO APPOINTMENT, NO ENTRY!

1. Set your appointments online at least A DAY BEFORE your preferred date of schedule. Same day appointment will not be catered. Please come on time on your chosen schedule to avoid forfeiture of appointment.
2. Proof of confirmed appointment must be presented before going in to the office or to the waiting area. Only 1 client at a time inside the office. Please follow guidelines posted at the door before entering the office.
3. Only 20 clients per transaction can be catered per day.
4. Always bring your own pen (black/blue ink).
5. No face mask and No face shield, No Entry. Bringing of personal rubbing alcohol and/or hand sanitizer is highly encouraged.
6. Please come in decent attire. No short pants, sleeveless shirts, blouse and slippers.
7. Individual with 37.5 degrees Celsius and above temperature shall be denied entry. Person with cough and colds shall be barred from entering the office to transact
8. Please bring all necessary documents as enumerated in the checklist of requirements.
9. All clients entering the premises shall be subjected to physical sanitary protocols such as full body spray of disinfectant and UV lighting.
10. Strictly No pregnant or lactating mothers are allowed to enter due to UV lighting
