LTO NCR East brings service to the public that is affordable, free, legitimate and informative!
Every Saturday, LTO NCR East will tour on selected barangays to provide services such as assistance on account registration on the LTMS portal, Comprehensive Driver’s Education and other guidelines required for license renewal.
I. ROAD SAFETY SEMINAR AND SHORT BRIEFING ABOUT COMPREHENSIVE DRIVER’S EDUCATION (CDE) ON RENEWAL OF DRIVER’S LICENSE
A Road Safety Seminar to reeducate drivers on the basic Road Safety and other traffic related laws, rules and regulations.
II. REQUIREMENTS ON RENEWAL OF DRIVER’S LICENSE
- LTO will begin implementing the provision of Republic Act (RA) 10930 regarding Driver’s License renewal on October 28, 2021 at the Central Office-Licensing Section and Quezon City Licensing Center (QCLC). This will be followed by other offices in the National Capital Region on November 03, 2021. In accordance with RA 10930, which mandates extending the validity of Driver’s License. All clients must go through Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) in order to receive their CDE Certificate. For clients outside of NCR, stay tuned for the next LTO announcements.
