It is responsible for the registration of public motor vehicles – Renewals and Change Classification (Private to For Hire). PUVRC also oversees miscellaneous transactions such as Transfer of Ownership, Duplicate Plates/OR/CR, Change Motor and Mortgage. (Annotation/Cancellation). |
