| Summary of the Office or any changes in the office during the last 5 years:
LTO DLRO SM NORTH was first established last 2008 and was initially located at the Supersale Club at SM North Edsa. Around 2011, it was then transferred at the North Link Tower until finally in 2016, it was relocated to it’s current address at the Government Service Express area together with other government agencies. Although the office is only limited to Professional/Non-Professional Driver’s License Renewals and Student Permit Applications, it has established its image as a convenient choice for plain and regular license transactions.
