A project collaboration between LTO NCR East and DepEd SDO-QC. 2 years in the making project. The LTO NCR East celebrated last July 29, 2022, the issuance of Theoretical Driving Course Certificates to the very first batch of graduates through the signed Memorandum of Understanding, the Integration of Road Safety Education to the Basic Education Curriculum. The participants were graduating senior high school students from different schools in Quezon City.
On July 2022, LTO NCR East DEC Team conducted a Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to senior high school students of District 1 to 6 of Quezon City at San Francisco High School, Bagong Bantay, Quezon City. Every attendee was given a copy of Filipino Driver’s Manual Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 and a flyer on relevant laws and traffic rules. There are a total of 120 senior high school students who attended the TDC. This project aims to educates the students on the importance of road safety and traffic rules & regulations, thus producing a well-disciplined driver
